Lots of exchange student applications arrive

In the office we are as busy as ever. This time of year we are inundated with applications for new UK student exchange programmes staring in September. The photocopier never stops. It works tirelessly churning out vast quantities of copies. When an exchange student application is approved we need to make a copy for the education establishment, a copy for the Support Worker, a copy for the UK host family and a copy for the file. Before any placement is agreed it is important that everyone taking part knows as much as possible about the exchange student except contact details which are confidential. Today we received another 30 applications for UK student exchange, we received apps from Italy, Russia, Venezuela, USA, France and Australia.
